A video highlighting Building Future's history, progress, and mission. We help build self-esteem and self-confidence in our youth through design-build projects.
We bring young people together on Saturdays, to invent, create, make with their hands. To work directly with the constraints and possibilities of structure & materials, space & light, program & context with teachers who will build with them and show them the ‘nuts and bolts.’ In addition to our Saturday programs, we teach classes in schools during the day after-school programs and summer workshops.
The Saturday BUILDING FUTURES WORKSHOP program occurs Saturdays during the academic year and summer. A typical workshop has 15 students attending one of the two class times offered:
- 10:00 AM - 12 PM
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
All classes are held at 2720 N 13th St., St. Louis, MO 63106. Saturday workshops are for 4th grade through 12th-grade students.
